This is NOT the actual contract, but the application to be sponsored by Loyalty Boards, a HenryTek company. Once accepted, we will be sending out the application via email or Instagram!

Our Shop & Flow sponsorship will not be contractual, but the Amateur & Pro will sign a contract as we verify availability & capability. For both Amateur & Pro, those under 18 are not legally able to sign a contract, therefore a parent/guardian must do so in that case.

Shop sponsors will be sponsored by Henry Bikes & Boards, and will be for those who have less than 1 year skateboard experience, unless they prove they have proper skills to be at a higher level.
